We are a fast-growing marketing agency that partners with landscaping and hardscaping companies across the United States to help them generate leads, strengthen their brand, and grow their businesses with our marketing services.
We are adding a Website Developer to our team. This role is critical to helping our clients build professional, high-performing websites that improve their online presence, provide an excellent user experience, generate more qualified leads, and ultimately create more sales for their businesses.
This position is ideal for someone who understands website development deeply, knows how to execute consistently, and takes full ownership of the websites they build and manage. You won’t just be building pages or checking off tasks. You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, maintaining, and improving websites that look great, perform well, work across all devices, and deliver real business results.
We’re looking for an experienced Website Developer who is organized, detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client websites with quality and consistency.
About The Role
The goal of this position is to build and maintain high-quality websites that help our clients grow their businesses online. Your work should result in professional, user-friendly websites that look great, function properly, and perform well across devices.
This position is responsible for building WordPress websites, customizing designs, completing projects on time, troubleshooting technical issues, and identifying opportunities to improve the overall quality and performance of each website.
This is not an entry-level position.
What You Will Be Doing
You will help build, customize, and maintain websites for our clients using WordPress and Elementor. You’ll be responsible for turning designs and requirements into polished, functional websites while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
You will:
- Build and customize WordPress websites using Elementor
- You will be able to develop and design WordPress website from scratch
- Create custom website Figma designs and convert them into responsive websites
- Customize layouts, sections, buttons, forms, typography, and other website elements
- Ensure websites work properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot WordPress, Elementor, plugin, and website-related issues
- Research and implement solutions when you encounter technical problems
- Make website updates, improvements, and revisions based on project requirements
- Build service pages, landing pages, and other website sections as needed
- Test websites thoroughly before they are delivered to clients
- Identify issues or opportunities to improve website functionality and user experience
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and completed work with the team
- Follow our website-building processes while knowing when customization is needed
- Use available resources, documentation, Google, YouTube, and AI tools to solve problems independently
- Complete assigned website projects and tasks within established deadlines
- Maintain organized, clean, and consistent website builds across projects
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Website Developer who can build high-quality WordPress websites and solve problems independently. You should be comfortable working with Elementor, following designs, and taking ownership of your projects from start to finish.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience building websites with WordPress
- Strong experience with Elementor
- Experience converting Figma designs into websites
- Strong understanding of responsive web design
- Experience troubleshooting WordPress, Elementor, plugins, and website issues
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS
- Strong attention to detail and design consistency
- Ability to manage multiple website projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to research and figure out solutions when you don’t know something
- Experience working with website hosting, domains, DNS, and SSL is a plus
- Basic understanding of website speed and SEO is a plus
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and solve technical problems

- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Website Quality:
Deliver professional, polished, and functional websites that meet our quality standards and client requirements.
On-Time Delivery:
Complete assigned website projects, revisions, and tasks within the agreed deadlines.
Technical Performance:
Ensure websites function properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, with minimal technical issues.
Problem Solving:
Take ownership of technical problems and find effective solutions without relying on constant supervision.
Client-Ready Websites:
Deliver websites that are thoroughly tested, responsive, organized, and ready for client review or launch.
Continuous Improvement:
Continuously improve your website development skills, processes, and ability to use new tools and technologies effectively.
